Superhero from skinny

Lean and light — abs may show, but shoulders, chest, and arms are thin. Often a fast metabolism and a small frame. Here is what the superhero transformation looks like from exactly that start — rendered on a real photo, not a stock body.

The example is naturally lean with visible abs and not much size — the frame that has the most muscle left to gain. Left: the upload. Right: Superhero as an AI preview.

Starting from skinny

This starting point needs a calorie surplus and patience. Eat in a controlled surplus, focus on compound lifts, and expect the first year to add more muscle than any year after it. Cutting is not the priority yet.

What superhero changes

Exaggerated taper, capped shoulders, square chest — the look that fills a costume.

  • Square, thick chest and capped delts
  • Wide upper back and a tight waist
  • Lean enough for abs, big enough to fill a costume

What it takes

The movie version takes years and a team; the preview shows the look. The on-screen superhero look is a classic physique with more upper-body emphasis and a Hollywood-grade prep behind it. It is at the upper end of what is natural for most people. The preview is useful as an aspiration; the timeline pages are the realistic route there.
