How to read this

“AI body transformation” covers three very different products. A muscle filter paints muscle onto the photo you have. A physique scanner rates the body you have today. A transformation preview renders a specific future — one year of training, 10% body fat, your natural ceiling — from your photo and your build. If your question is “what would I look like if…”, you want the third kind.

We did not score features we cannot verify from the outside. The columns are the store's own numbers: average rating, how many people rated it, price to download, when it launched, and when it was last updated. An app that has not shipped an update in a year is usually abandoned; a high rating on six reviews means very little.

Where LiftLooks fits

LiftLooks is a transformation preview. You upload one mirror photo, choose one of 25 transformations, and get a before/after of your own body in about a minute — face, frame, and lighting kept, body composition changed. It launched in July 2026 and has one rating at the time of writing, which is exactly what the table says. The first look is free, so the cheapest way to compare it with anything above is to try it on your own photo.

Method

Data: iTunes Search API, US storefront, pulled 2026-09-09. Apps were found by searching “ai body transformation”, “physique ai”, “muscle filter”, “ai muscle”, “future body” and related terms, then grouped by what the store description says the app does. Workout planners and games were excluded. Prices are the download price; most apps sell subscriptions in-app. Nothing here is a paid placement.
