1. Who can use LiftLooks

You must be at least 18 years old to use LiftLooks. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older.

2. Photo rights & license you grant us

You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have explicit permission to upload. You retain ownership of your photos. By uploading, you grant LiftLooks a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and process those photos solely to deliver the projections you paid for and to enforce our policies (content moderation, abuse detection).

We do not sell your photos. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

3. What you can't upload

You may not upload (a) photos of anyone under 18, (b) photos of other people without their permission, (c) sexual, violent, or otherwise policy-violating content, (d) content designed to impersonate or defame another person, or (e) anything that violates law. We may reject uploads that fail our moderation checks and we may terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. AI outputs — not a promise, not medical advice

LiftLooks uses AI to produce an estimate of a potential future physique. AI outputs are speculative, approximate, and can contain visual errors. They are not a guarantee of any real-world outcome, not a prediction of health or athletic performance, and not medical or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making diet or training decisions.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing is displayed in USD and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Purchases are one-time, not subscriptions.

6. Refunds

If we're technically unable to deliver your results (generation fails and we can't recover it), submit a request through our support page within 14 days and we'll issue a full refund. Because AI outputs are subjective, we do not offer refunds for aesthetic preference — if you don't like a particular projection, that is not grounds for a refund, but we'll work with you in good faith.

7. Your content & our outputs

The AI-generated images we deliver to you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Don't use them to impersonate, deceive, or harass anyone. You may not claim AI-generated LiftLooks outputs as unedited photographs of yourself.

8. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We don't guarantee uptime, delivery latency, or that the service will be error-free.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFTLOOKS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. LIFTLOOKS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and LiftLooks waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first use.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above and, where required, by emailing recent customers.
