Classic physique from overweight

Roughly 28%+ body fat, little visible muscle, carrying weight around the stomach and chest. Here is what the classic physique transformation looks like from exactly that start — rendered on a real photo, not a stock body.

Starting from overweight

Fat loss comes first and does most of the visual work. A moderate deficit with high protein and three or four lifting sessions a week keeps muscle while the fat comes off — and for beginners, muscle is usually gained at the same time.

What classic physique changes

Small waist, full muscle bellies, old-school proportions. The Zane/Arnold blueprint.

  • A dramatic V-taper: wide back, tight waist
  • Full, round chest and shoulders
  • Balanced arms and legs — no lagging part

What it takes

Years of training; the preview shows the look, not a date. The classic physique is about proportion rather than size: a small waist, wide shoulders, and full muscle bellies. It is a realistic natural look if your structure cooperates and you train every body part. The preview applies those proportions to your frame, so it is a target, not a promise.
